TO OUR WONDERFUL TUMMY THYME CUSTOMERS
In light of the growing concern about Coronavirus (COVID-19) we wanted to assure you that we are taking the necessary precautions (as always) to maintain the health and safety of our customers and community. We leave nothing to chance in our food preparation. Even though there is no evidence of food-borne transmission of COVID-19, we want to list some of the ways we ensure that the food you purchase from us is safe.
Tummy Thyme products are created in a certified commercial kitchen in LA which has the appropriate health permits from local and the State of California health departments. Our kitchen staff sanitize all surfaces before and after food preparation and wear commercial grade chef aprons, hair nets and gloves at all times. We employ a food scientist and pediatric nutritionist to ensure that our products meet the standards that you as parents insist on for your children. As we do for ours. Our food and its preparation meets the highest possible health and safety standards.
Other than following the CDC’s preventative measures (such as washing your hands for at least 20 seconds) what else can you do?
The best way to avoid getting sick is to boost you and your little one’s immune system. Some ways you can do this is to reduce stress levels, get enough sleep and make sure that you and your family are eating a variety of healthy, nutritious foods. As always, if you have any concerns you should reach out to your Pediatrician or person you trust.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (323) 709-8027. If you want to meet us in person, you’ll find us every Sunday at the Studio City Farmers Market and Brentwood Farmers’ Market, and every Tuesday at the Manhattan Beach Farmers’ Market in Los Angeles. If you are unable to attend the Farmer's Markets, please keep in mind that we also deliver (CA, AZ, NV, OR, UT).
