Pincer grasp practice with roasted blueberries 👌👌👌
This simple recipe is absolute delicious and is a much more nutritious alternative to puffs (which are often sweetened & don’t offer much nutritional value).
- Punnet of blueberries
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Heat oven to 400’F
- Rinse & pat dry blueberries & spread onto a baking tray
- Add cinnamon & coconut oil, then gently coat blueberries
- Cook for 10 min or until the juices start running & bubbling
- Allow to cool & serve
- Optional: Sprinkle with hemp seeds or roasted sesame seeds for the little kids or roughly chopped up roast almonds for the big ones or serve with a big dollop of Greek Yogurt.
