Pincer grasp practice with roasted blueberries 👌👌👌

This simple recipe is absolute delicious and is a much more nutritious alternative to puffs (which are often sweetened & don’t offer much nutritional value).

Ingredients:

  • Punnet of blueberries
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Method:

  1. Heat oven to 400’F
  2. Rinse & pat dry blueberries & spread onto a baking tray
  3. Add cinnamon & coconut oil, then gently coat blueberries
  4. Cook for 10 min or until the juices start running & bubbling
  5. Allow to cool & serve
  6. Optional: Sprinkle with hemp seeds or roasted sesame seeds for the little kids or roughly chopped up roast almonds for the big ones or serve with a big dollop of Greek Yogurt.
