BANANA CHOC-TOP RECIPE

Yesterday’s warm weather inspired us to make these ridiculously easy & delicious banana choc-tops. The key is choosing a good quality ethical chocolate & some nutritious toppings such as bee pollen, crushed almonds, freeze-dried strawberries & desiccated coconut.


This hardly warrants a recipe, but we did one anyway!!

Ingredients:
🥄4 bananas
🥄8 popsicle sticks
🥄1 block ethical chocolate
🥄Toppings of your choice (dried berries, crushed nuts, hemp seeds, bee pollen etc).

Method:

Peel & halve bananas, then insert pop stick in the cut side of the banana.

Place on baking tray & freeze for an hr.

Melt the chocolate & then coat the top 2/3 of the banana.

Quickly sprinkle the toppings over the chocolate (it will harden fairly quickly).

Place bananas back into the freezer for an hr.

Then enjoy!!
